90 students of FORE school get offers

Students of the current batch (2020-2022) of FORE School of Management, New Delhi are already getting at least one or more offers this December.

Ninety per cent students of the current batch (2020-2022) of Four Schools of Management, New Delhi are already getting at least one or more offers this December. The highest CTC (International) offered so far has been Rs. 41 lakh per annum, maximum CTC has been offered (domestic) so far Rs. 21.5 lakh per annum while the proposed average CTC has been Rs. 11.75 lakhs. Despite the epidemic and economic downturn, FORE School has been able to maintain a steady average CTC in the last 3 years. IT, ITES, Finance, FMCG, Consulting Sector are the main employers so far.

Last year the average remuneration for the 2019-21 batch was 10.7 LPA where the maximum remuneration was Rs. 27 LPA is offered by CTC, Consulting and Research Sector and then Rs. 24 LPA paid for marketing. Operations and IT witnessed the highest CTC of 20 LPA where HR and Finance was Rs. 17 LPA and Rupee 15 LPA respectively.

About 136 recruiters, including 58 new recruits, have made multiple offers for batches of 355 students at FORE School. 39 per cent of the offers came from IT / ITES, 22 per cent from BFSI, 21 per cent from research and consulting and 10 per cent from FMCG / FMCD / Automobile industry. The batch had different specialties – marketing (44 percent), finance (24 percent), international business (17 percent), operations (5 percent), human resources (5 percent), and IT (5 percent) and cultural, gender and profile diversity. Prosperous 48 percent female students and 52 percent male. Educational backgrounds include non-engineering (49 percent), commerce (22 percent), arts (14 percent), science (11 percent) and others (4 percent).
