Aditya Birla Education Academy has started a special training workshop for them

Topics covered in the training program include proven methods for improving productivity in the workplace, strength of school communication, collaborative teamwork for overall school excellence, how to plan effective induction sessions for new employees, GST and its impact on educational institutions.

Aditya Birla Education Academy has recently launched an upskilling program for non-teaching staff in educational institutions. The purpose of this program was to empower the non-teaching staff with the skills required for the good functioning of the school. Aditya Birla Education Academy has a pioneering role in supporting the education community with new developments to keep them abreast in the field of education.

Non-teaching staff of educational institutions play an important role in the development and success of the school. They are the first point of contact for possible admission to a school and stay in touch with a parent and student for the next 14 years! Training every staff member is essential because they are critical to the success of any organization. They play a role in the admission process and communicate with parents and establish new, possibly lasting relationships. Aditya Birla Education Academy has started various programs to train these members as well as focus on academics and students. A series of five workshops for non-teaching staff was conducted in December 2021, focusing on 21st century communication skills, collaboration and productivity, and some domain-specific issues. The course was attended by more than 100 non-teaching staff from leading schools across the country.

Non-teaching staff were from various schools like Oberoi International School, Ajmera Global School Borivali, Dada Percy Youth Assembly High School, Children’s Academy, Loreto School Boubazar, South City International School, Birla High School etc.
