Avanse Financial Services has appointed Vineet Mahajan as its Chief Financial Officer

The humble moneylender will be out of the Mumbai head office and will manage the financial performance of the company.

Avanse Financial Services, a technologically advanced, education-oriented non-banking financial institution (NBFC) has announced the appointment of Binit Mahajan as its Chief Financial Officer. Vine brings a lot of experience in his new role to manage the financial activities of the company. He has more than two decades of extensive experience in various fields of the financial industry. He has a strong track record in portfolio securitization, resource augmentation, balance sheet finalization, budgeting, management reporting, regulatory compliance, asset and liability management and much more.

The humble moneylender will play a key role in building a strong franchise across governance, compliance, risk, accountability and asset positioning and building capacity for the organization’s future growth.

He is a member of Aavas Financiers Ltd. Joined Avanse Financial Services from where he served as head of treasury for about 2 years. He has worked with the Edelweiss Group for nearly 8 years and has successfully managed debt and led multiple debt public problems. As the chief financial officer of the organization’s retail finance business, he conducted financial activities and compliance. He has worked with well-known companies like Lakshmi Bilas Bank, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Limited and many more.
