Shad works as the Chief Technology Officer at Wichita Falls ISD in North Central Texas. The goal of the WFISD Technology Division is to make education visible and visible to a global audience. As CTO, Shad is responsible for technology planning and resource management for all students and staff on 26 campuses in the district. Prior to working at Wichita Falls ISD, he worked at Barkburnet ISD for eleven years, where he worked as a desktop technician, network administrator and technology director. In all, Shader has over 20 years of professional experience in K-12 education.
