Farid brings financial skills and three decades of corporate experience to his new role as EVP, Corporate Development and Finance
Course5 Intelligence, an analytics and applied AI company, has appointed Farid Kazani, Senior Financial Leader and Corporate Strategist, as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance. Farid’s core competencies are business planning and restructuring, consolidation and acquisition (M&A), corporate finance, stakeholder management, partnership and investment. We believe that the broad spectrum of his expertise will add value to Course5 Intelligence’s corporate strategy and operations.
Farid’s corporate experience in the technology industry for nearly two decades includes companies such as Majesco, Mastek, FirstSource Solutions, RPG Enterprise, BPL Mobile, Marico, Piramal Enterprise and NOCIL. Immediately before joining Course5 Intelligence, he was the Managing Director and Group CFO of Majesco Limited. Farid has won multiple awards for CFO excellence over the years.
