Entrance exams for Viva Voce are conducted for JNU PhD students

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on Sunday announced that the 2021-2022 academic year entrance examination (JNUEE-2021) has been completed and the process of conducting Viva-Vos examination for PhD candidates is underway.

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on Sunday said that the entrance examination for the academic year 2021-2022 (JNUEE-2021) has been completed and the process of conducting Viva-Vos examination for PhD students is underway.

In a statement, the university said it has scheduled Viva-Vos exams for PhD programs from October 26 to November 3.

It added that Viva-Vos tests under the JRF department started as scheduled on October 26 and are running smoothly. “However, Viva-Vos tests have been rescheduled for the JNU entrance exam departments as final results of the written test are awaited from the NTA, which is in the process of publishing the results of various universities one by one,” the statement said.

The university is in constant touch with the National Testing Agency (NTA) and may get results soon, it added.

“Both JNU and NTA are working hard to announce the preliminary results of JNUEE-2021. Accordingly, a new schedule of Viva-Vos tests for admission to PhDs under JNUEE and other study programs will be announced soon,” the statement said. .

It said JNU is committed to ensuring that new academic sessions begin as soon as possible to take the university to new heights.
