Out of 269 students, 257 took part in this process. 12 students were granted placement leave to pursue an entrepreneurial journey – a unique opportunity for FMS students to take a break from the placement process and pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor. Students can then return to sit in placement within 2 years.
Despite the continued placement in the virtual setting, FMS Delhi has maintained the gold standard of achieving 100 per cent placement for the largest batch size of all time. The average CTC increased by 24 percent to 32.4 LPA and the median CTC increased by 25 percent to 30 LPA; All-time high achievement across both metrics. Top Quartile has an average CTC of 48.4 LPA and 95 percent of the offers offered are above 20 LPA. The institute has seen a 24 per cent increase in the number of offers made in the BFSI sector.
