Grequest has brought Ranjit Singh from Navi to the leadership team

The education-centric Fintech startup will lead Board Singh’s risk strategy function as the company seeks to continue its 5x annual growth over the past few years.

GrayQuest, a fintech start-up focused on streamlining fee payments in India’s $ 100B education ecosystem, announced the appointment of Ranjit Singh as Head of Risk and a key addition to its leadership team.

Ranjit will lead GQ’s risk strategy function as the company continues its 5x annual growth over the past few years and will cement its leadership as the largest school and tuition fee paying company in India.

Ranjit recently took over as head of personal loan risk at Navi – where he joined their risk team at an early stage of operations and helped turn Navi into one of India’s largest personal loan fintech platforms.

Ranjit’s previous experience with FinTech includes analytical roles in LendingCart and US-based FinTech. In an earlier incarnation before doing MBA in XLRI, Ranjit was a scientist at DRDO.

Founded in 2017 by Rishabh Mehta, Grequest is India’s largest integrated fee collection platform for educational institutions, enabling schools and colleges to collect fees in a variety of payment methods. Its flagship product is a monthly payment plan that enables parents and students to pay their annual fees in an affordable monthly payment with zero additional costs.
