To transform higher education in India and develop multifaceted leaders, Mahindra University, a multi-disciplinary university, has announced the launch of its two-year Executive MBA (EMBA), which focuses on cutting-edge research, innovation and entrepreneurship. The program is designed for experienced professionals and business owners. Mahindra University has launched the program in partnership with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany, a reputed business school that has a world-high ranking for its programs.
As the university’s first postgraduate offer from the School of Management, the program targets people with 5 to 15 years of work experience, involving extensive management responsibilities across industry and functional domains. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to take a general management position. Program design allows students to continue working while following a two-year program.
The curriculum will broadly cover decision science, finance, marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation, organizational behavior and leadership, with a general management focus, aimed at providing cross-functional decision-making skills in all major areas of business. Pedagogy will enable peer learning to give its students combined professional experience.
The program will be taught by faculty with extensive experience in executive education, matching its students’ experience profile. Applicants must go through a compulsory two-week international residency in Germany at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. The residency will include teaching sessions for teachers at partner schools, art inspections, guest speakers, cultural experiences, and more.
