Whitehat Jr. launches ‘Code with Minecraft’, a very attractive offer aimed at students aged 6-14
Microsoft India and Whitehat Jr. today announced a partnership with Minecraft to provide students and teachers with access to a personalized and immersive learning experience.
Whitehat Jr., the leading live one-on-one online learning platform with coding, math and music courses, will offer a code including Minecraftcourse for students on its platform.
The collaboration is part of a joint venture between Microsoft and Whitehat Jr. to revisit learning in India with technology to open up new possibilities for students and empower educators. The Code with Minecraft program will give students the opportunity to master important coding concepts through a highly curated curriculum based on Minecraft. As part of this collaboration, Whitehat will help junior educators upskill through a special workshop provided by Microsoft Minecraft Education Edition Teacher Academy.
The Code with Minecraft course is available in multiple packages for students ages 6-14. Students begin with game-based learning in Minecraft where they can create their own game heroes, game worlds and play multiplayer games in Minecraft’s rich, ever-evolving environment, and learn basic coding concepts such as commands, sequences, variables, loops. And conditional learning time. As students progress through the curriculum they will learn advanced coding concepts and languages.
