More than 7900 applications have been confirmed under DU Admission 2021 3rd Cut Off List

On the first day of admission under the third cut-off list, the principals of Delhi University colleges approved about 7,900 applications.

On Monday, the first day of admission under the third cut-off list, more than 7,900 applications were approved by the college principals of Delhi University. The university has received more than 1.40 lakh applications since the admission process began. The University of Delhi released its third cut-off list on Saturday, dropping the marks required for admission to undergraduate courses from 0.25 per cent to 1.5 per cent.

The cut-off of popular courses, however, remains high. According to official data, the principals of DU College have approved 8,992 applications till 6:30 pm on Monday. More than 51,000 candidates have been admitted under the first two lists. At Aryabhatta College, 145 applications were accepted and 102 of them were approved.

The college has maximum 31 admissions in Mathematics (Honors), followed by 22 in Computer Science (Honors) and 20 in Hindi (Honors). Rajdhani College, West Delhi, approved 231 applications on the first day, bringing the total number of admissions to 919. The college has so far got 199 and 489 admissions under first and second list.
