NIIT University (NU), founded with the goal of innovation in higher education and learning in the developing sector of information society, has organized its 11th convocation online in accordance with the government’s safety regulations for the COVID-19 epidemic. The virtual convocation was attended by graduate students and their parents, current students, industry executives, distinguished visitors and faculty members.

The convocation ceremony started at 11 am. Prof. Rajesh Khanna, President, NIIT University and Dr. Arunava Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, Council of Energy, Environment and Water, who were the chief guests at the function, conferred degree certificates on each graduate. On this occasion, Dr. spoke to the students.
At the 11th convocation, 264 students were awarded degree certificates after successfully completing various programs. Some of the students who were eligible and selected for placement at NU were put together with prominent businesses like IBM, CISCO, EY, Morgan Stanley and Big Basket.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajendra S. Power, Founder, NU and Chairman, NIIT Ltd. “I sincerely congratulate all the students and wish them all the best in the future,” he said. I am sure that the art-relevant and research-based education they have received at the university will show them the way throughout their lives. The lessons they learned at NU will help them grow taller in times of crisis. ”
