The recruitment process involved 75 companies and 130 participants. This season has seen active participation in a variety of companies, with consulting accounts for 51 percent of hiring and technology for 39 percent.
The SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan has reported a 20 per cent increase in the company’s average cost (CTC) over the previous year for participants from the 2021 Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) class.
This year, the average CTC of the top 25 percent and top 50 percent of the batch is 31L and Rs 28.7L, respectively, where the average CTC is 23.6L. On average, their incoming salaries more than doubled with a 160 percent increase in class average by 2021.
Several new companies have joined the process this year, opening up more choices for participants. Graduate PGPM participants include Accenture, Bain, Blue Yonder, Bristlecone, Criticalog, Cognizant, EasyRewardz Software, Enquero, Flipkart, IBM, Incture Technologies, Indegene, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, Tebologs, Textlogs, Redblogs, Redbox, Confirmed the opportunity with the organization. Sapient, Stovecraft, Tavisca, TheMathCompany, Thoucentric, Tiger Analytics, Vector Consulting, and Xpressbees among others.
PGPM AICTE approved and accredited by AACSB and AMBA. Participants specialize in Business Analytics, Finance, General Management, Information Management, Marketing and Operations, and Supply Chain Management. There are 119 participants in the 2022 class. The 2023 class will begin their journey in October 2022.
