Applications will be open for first year female engineering (WE) students from March 8 to 15, 2022.
TalentSprint, a global adtech company and market leader in transformative deep-tech programs, today announced the fourth edition of its Women Engineers (WE) program. Google has supported this program since the beginning, in line with its commitment to engaging, empowering and empowering women through focused initiatives across the technology spectrum.
The main objective of WE is to prepare entrepreneurial and aspiring female students from different socio-economic contexts for high-growth technology careers. This year the program aims to identify and prepare 250 first-year female students to become globally competitive software engineers. The program will provide a fully funded 100% tuition scholarship and a stipend to each selected student.
The lack of adequate diversity, equality and inclusion in the global technology sector, especially under-representation of women, is now a major concern. To solve this problem, TalentSprint came up with the idea for the WE program four years ago. The previous three teams of the program have been extremely successful with over 55,000 applicants applying for 500 seats. WE alumni have received 100 percent placements in more than 50 technology companies worldwide, with an average salary of 3 times the market average and a maximum annual compensation of 5.4 million. This is proof that the WE program is a transformative platform for young female students who want to turn themselves into rewarding world careers.
