Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Adimulpu Suresh today announced the results of Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) and Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2021.
Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Adimulpu Suresh on Friday released the results of the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) and Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2021.
AP ICET 2021 examination was held by Andhra University on 17th and 18th September for admission of students in MCA and MBA courses. 42,092 candidates applied for the examination out of which 38,115 candidates took part in the examination. Of these, 34,789 are eligible for admission. In total, 91.27 per cent candidates are eligible for admission.
The Minister also released the results of AP ECET 2021 examination today. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Anantapur conducted the test on 19 September at 132 test centers across AP and all districts of Hyderabad.
A total of 34,271 candidates have registered for the exam, out of which 32,318 have appeared and 29,904 have qualified. There are 50 qualification marks out of 200 for all departments and no minimum qualification mark for SC / ST class. The overall pass rate is 92.53 percent.
The experiment was conducted entirely in 13 streams, including 11 engineering streams; The other two sections are B.Sc. (Mathematics) and Pharmacy. A maximum of 10,654 students have registered for Mechanical Engineering. Only six students have registered in Ceramic Technology. 10119 students appeared in Mechanical Engineering and qualified 97.96 with a pass rate of 96.81 percent.
