The Sector Skills Council has launched a paralegal course with law enforcement

The purpose of the course is to train candidates on high-demand tasks such as litigation support, legal writing, legal editing and proofreading, knowledge management, consent-related work, legal blog management, basic financial administration and other administrative work.

The Management and Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), in association with Legal Legal Adtech Startup LawSikho, is launching an online course entitled ‘Paralegal Associates – Legal Documentation’. MEPSC is a Sector Skills Council formed under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), established by the Ministry of Finance through a public-private partnership.

Paralegal International has gained new momentum in the light of distance work as a career option, and this upskilling course is classified as a Level 4 course under the National Skills Qualification Framework established by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India and will be suitable for students. Those who have completed at least 12th or equivalent education. The program is also mapped to NSDC’s national professional standards. This will be the first paralegal course to receive such recognition from India.

This course provides extensive training on the U.S. legal system so that candidates can assist U.S. attorneys and law firms as paralegals.
