In his new role, Pankaj will manage and manage Vedanta’s business finances to take the company to new heights.
Vedantu, a live online learning platform, has announced the appointment of Pankaj Jain as its Chief Financial Officer. At Vedanta, its main responsibility will be to create and manage a diversified team while ensuring strong financial planning across every vertical of the business. He will report to Vedantur CEO and co-founder Vamsi Krishna and work closely with him to build excellence and bring efficiency to Vedantur’s financial structure and business processes.
With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, Pankaj is an experienced chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA). In his previous role at Ibibo, Pankaj was part of the founding team and played a key role in large M&A transactions, including the acquisition of RedBus in 2016-17, as well as the merger with MakeMyTrip. With Pankaj’s financial prowess, he will complement the business goals for Vedantur’s growth in the years to come and enhance the process skills for various departments.
