X-Technology is heading into the future with a new management team following a change of ownership, based on the Swiss research and development AG Wollerau. Over the past few decades, the company has established some real cult brands in the field of performance sportswear with its X-Bionic and X-Sox labels. Led by CEO Maximilian Lennox, the market position is now expanding worldwide. Lenk has brought a team of highly entrepreneurial, innovative and clearly digital-minded managers. At the same time, the sales organization is being restructured.
X-Technology, with its brands X-Bionic and X-Socks, has become one of the leading suppliers of textile performance technology. The X-Bionic brand has won the Plus X Award, the world’s largest innovation award for technology, sports and lifestyle, 13 times in a row as the most innovative brand of the year. In total, X-Technology has more than 800 international patent applications for its achievements and has won more than 600 prizes and more than 1,200 medals at international championships and Olympiads. Patented technologies enable athletes to perform best in all situations and provide longer, safer and more comfortable training.
The new management team is formed as follows.
Maximilian Lennox, CEO, Has worked at Mammut Sports Group for 10 years – most recently as Chief Product Officer. While there, he made significant contributions to the strategic rearrangement and digitization of the brand. (Start: April 1, 2022)
Jana Hildenbrand, CFO, Most recently Mark O’Polo was director of corporate controlling and indirect collection. Jana has been instrumental in the strong growth of the brand for over 20 years. (Start: February 1, 2022)
Patrick Strumpoff, CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), Has successfully established and operated several commercial companies. He was recently a member of the executive board of Brack.ch, where he created his own brand area alongside the Home and Living department. (Start: May 1, 2022)
Martijn Jaggings, Chief Marketing Officer, Most recently head of Mammut Sports Group’s Brand Strategy and Data Intelligence. He was jointly responsible for the highly successful digitization of the Mammootty brand and co-founder of the outdoor sportswear company Open Wear. (Start: May 1, 2022)

Urs Rüttimann, the main German-speaking country for salesHas worked for Adidas for almost 24 years, most recently as Director of Key Accounts Switzerland and Austria and as a member of the Executive Board of adidas sport gmbh.
Christian Harrig, Head of Sales Corporate Business / Special Projects, Was recently market manager Switzerland at BMC Switzerland. Prior to that, he worked for Mamut Sports Group for 10 years – most recently as head of corporate business.
Stephen Pabst, Head of Global Sales, Joined X-Bionic as commercial director in April 2019. He has previously served as Sales Manager at Odlow, Director of Operations at Starbucks, and Store Director at Nike.
